About The Farm
I bought the farm in 1989, my father found it. I thought it would be a fun place for an active person.
It had an abandoned gravel pit, 35 acres of hilly forests and 65 acres of fields. There were no
bulidings, driveways, utility services or the pond.
First I made a steel and wood bulding to store air-conditioners, major appliances and my dirt bikes.
Then a few years later i bought so heavy construction equipment including, A front ent loader,
backhoe, dumptruck and a bulldozer.
Thats when i started to change the farm. I first made four miles of roads and trails, next came jumps
and hill climbs in the gravel pit. Next i bulldozed out a grown in area of the pit to make a pond for my
beach. There was a naturak spring there that makes about 75 gallons of water a minute. I made a
2 acre pond area using the spring to fill my lake. I made a valve and drain system to regulate the
water level. It can be drained in a day by pulling a chain and it refills in one week by its self, summer
or winter (to learn more about this watch this
video) There is an underwater road across the pond so
you can walk out to the island i made without getting your crotch wet. A few years later I built the water
park stuff, an overhead cable ride, a dock, raft and some bathtub boats. I then ran underground
electricity one kiliometer to the beach and hooked up a sterosystem, lights and fridges
(beer needs to be cold). I trucked in 200 tons of sand which formed the beach you see in many of
my videos today.
I have been filming our various activities at the farm since 1990. We are there every weekend. Our
activities are dirt and trail biking, ATV's, quads, snowmobiling, joyriding cars and trucks, using
heavy equipment, making and driving automotive creations, drinking beer, cutting firewood, s
untanning, nudist gettogethers and events.
All my friends are from the city of London. Occasionally people who found me on youtube visit me too.
In 1999 my buliding was robbed and the thieves burnt everything down out there. I rebuilt a more
secure concrete buliding that is still in use today.
After a few years I stared to post videos of our outdoor redneck adventures at daves farm on to the
internet. Then in 2006 I put my videos on YouTube.com. Several television crews have come out and
filmed us. We have been on TV 17 time, on shows like 20/20 News, The Local A Channel News,
Real TV, Americans Funiest Videos, Country Fried Videos on CMT, CNN, The BBC and German
Television.
